Are you an enthusiastic, persuasive, driven person interested in a remote consultative sales position selling marketing packages to real estate brokers and companies?
The Brandora Group, a marketing agency focusing on real estate brokers, has openings on our sales team. As a member of the team, you will focus on selling marketing services within all of Brandora’s products.
Responsibilities:
You should be familiar with real estate, digital marketing (Facebook advertising, Google Ads, PPC, SEO), writing sales proposals, doing online presentations and doing lead generation/nurture. Knowledge of contact management software CRM Hubspot is a plus.
You will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals, make calls, canvass for new customers, and build upon and service existing brokers in your assigned territory or category. When calling prospects, you will need to identify the key decision makers and initiate and pursue productive, consultative relationships.
Consult interested clients on how our product can best satisfy their business needs
Qualify leads to identify their needs
Help prospects to onboard
Act as a liaison with our marketing team to monitor the campaigns and report to the client
Record accounts-related data on CRM
Provide insights and feedback about lead quality to the sales & marketing team
Contribute to marketing and product development
Qualifications:
You should be articulate, independent, tenacious, persuasive, prepared, meticulous, organized, energetic, a team player and have previous sales/telephone sales experience.
Able to work remotely.
Experience in real estate a big plus.
Benefits and Perks:
We work on retainers; our clients pay us a monthly fee for our services. While this is a 100% commission position, you will still benefit from recurring revenue every month for as long as the client works with us. You will be an independent contractor.
